Shipping Policy

Definitions
Seller refers to the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.
Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.
Goods or services refers to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order for with the seller.
Payment
All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.  We accept Credit cards as main forms of payment method.
Our Digital Delivery Terms
For products on sale, fast delivery can take Minutes up to 2 hours. In some strange case, if you don’t receive your details in up to 2 hour, please contact us or ping us via our live chat!

We deliver your orders digitally via email, including:
– Full instructions – How to download, install and activate the software
– Your genuine product key/s, for example: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
– Best Wishes, sometimes followed by surprises 
Note: No physical items dispatched – it’s digital product activation key, not including DVD/CD/OEM STICKERS, etc.

WHERE/WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE PURCHASE

Products are delivered directly via email in seconds, eliminating the environmental impact of shipping physical objects. You will then receive the product in your mailbox within seconds. You will receive the original license and all necessary instructions for quick and easy installation.

N.B: If the product is out of stock, delivery may be delayed by several hours. Please check out your spam or junk mail folder too, in case that you may miss your email.

REFUNDS,RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If the item is unused and in original condition, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery and will refund the full order amount less return shipping. If your order arrives with any damage, please email us at info@activateavenue.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution. In case you have any further queries, please view our refund policy

WHAT TO DO IF THE PURCHASE HAS NOT ARRIVED

In case you haven’t received your purchase, don’t panic, we are always able and ready to help. Just contact our customer service and our team will be immediately available.
